What we collect

When you submit the installer quote form we receive the details you enter: ZIP code, utility, system type, fuel source, whether a medical device is used in the home, name, phone number and email address. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard technical data such as IP address to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request. If you tick the consent box on the form, we may share your name, phone, email, ZIP and project details with up to 3 licensed installers serving your area, who may contact you about your quote; we may receive a referral fee from them. If you do not tick the box, we will not share your details with anyone. We record the time, IP address and wording of your consent.

To withdraw consent or stop calls and texts, email contact@agenergysolutions.org or reply STOP to any text from an installer.

Medical information

The medical-device question is optional and only helps us suggest suitable backup power. We never share or sell your answer to it, even if you consent to installer contact. Choose "No / prefer not to say" if you prefer not to answer.

Retention and your choices

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months. To see, correct or delete your information, email contact@agenergysolutions.org.
